Yellow chunk in my semen

Yes I’ve had problems urinating an maintaining/achieving erections for a longtime now. It’s better when I’m on test but still not cured. I can’t get it up at all without test. My dad said he’s been the same way since he was 30 in terms of difficulty urinating and getting an erection. I’ve brought it up to my doctor and he just prescribes Cialis and tells me I’m just depressed which I know isn’t the case. My dad has been down the antidepressant road and it fucked him up royally and I don’t think that was the cause of any of his issues either. His dad died of prostate cancer. I brought all this up to my doctor and all he did was check my PSA and said I’m all good. My dad said he’s been back and forth seeing specialists and they can’t figure out the problem
morning,
I don't know what you are on but to remove all possibility get off everything, but if you need TRT to achieve an erection then I would probably keep that going.
A PSA test is great but you can have prostate cancer or benign prostate issues. I know many people who had normal PSA (even doctors often recommend not doing it as it can lead down a path of unnecessary tests, but it is the best they have other than digital tests), and ended up with prostate cancer.
Cialis should help with some prostate issues/ED, but if it does not - I would request a digital test as they can feel if it is swollen, any lumps to be sure. Not pleasant, but worth it. You can also buy good products for benign prostatic hyperplasia that have pumpkin, saw palmetto, zinc, lycopene etc. Prostate 5LX is one my favourite - have used it a few times.
If your doctor will not help you, demand a referral to a urologist.

I believe the last sentence you said is my best option. I will have to do that. I’m just wondering if he will just give me the run around and tell me the same things as usual. ā€œToo young to have problemsā€ or ā€œit’s prostatitis and it will eventually pass. Which he has told me for more than 5 years now. It’s frustrating
