Hey guys - the more I learn about peps, steroids etc - the more I realize that understanding bloodwork will be a major key in this process & my health.

I know bloodwork is a complex subject and it's going to take me a long time to get a good grasp on this.

I've got a long road ahead of me - which at present includes peptides - that are making a significant positive impact on my health now - however I see that moving into more advanced areas of bodybuilding as I get back up to where I was in my younger days - but that's a few years down the road and an area that I've never really ventured into - and believe me I'll be asking for alot of help & advice from you more experienced guys before I even dip my toes into that pool.

Yes I can look online on places to understand all about bloodwork -and I'm going to do that - but you guys here seem to have a fair grasp on things so I thought I'd throw out a thread & see what comes back.

Do you guys have any websites/ books / other info suggestions that are good for understanding bloodwork ? I'd like to start at the basics & go into significant detail

Any suggestions are appreciated.

ChatGPT is great for summarizing and explaining lab results. It’s helped me for sure!

This is an example of a decent use of AI technology whether this one or one of the others. The caveat that comes with that use is the importance of vetting whatever answers it gives you for straight up incorrectness, missing details and nuance. AI is basically reading a bunch of words off of the internet and spitting out an answer based on what it puts together from what it read, we all know how much complete bullshit is on the net so "consider the source".
Ask questions - for links or supporting evidence, where did it draw the answer from and follow them up. It's amazing how often they are irrelevant or contradictory to the first answer. Ask it why it fucked up. I bet I get some form of a weak ass apology and a promise to do better 10% of the time, even repeatedly for the same issue.
Great starting point but it's a bit like trying to get the whole story out of a mischievous 3 year old

Very valid point. AI basically does a cut down form of a meta analysis but Im not sure if it vets its sources at all. I know with just the google search ai it lists the sites it used. If you go through them it can be a mixed bag of sites.
