It was beside the 401 at 427, and it was all glass windows facing the freeway, and it was a 24/7 gym that had lotsa peelers going there after the clubs closed? At like 4a.m. the place was packed!!

i thought powerhouse was out on the queensway and another location in brampton in like a plaza or something on the left hand side headed north?!
Power house used to be next to Home Depot then it became Canadian body works then
LA fitness the location now is Service Ontario
The other powerhouse was on the queensway that was a fun place
Yes powerhouse on the Queensway was my old gym.
@The Old Guy somebody on NM posted that they used to work front desk at the queensway location...not sure if that was you.
i went to the queensway location in the evenings around 5-8pm for several years
did you ever go to rockwood plaza for golds? my training partner used that gym, so i trained with/spotted him there for a few years.
i worked security at a club in oakville/hamilton and he worked door at clubs in mississauga, toronto and hamilton

I trained at that gym BEFORE it was Fitness365. I think it was called Monster Gym.
This was on Ronson in TO. It’s called 365 Fitness or something now.
