What is everyone's injection frequency on TRT??

I get estrogen issues either way, just a bit less injecting more frequently.

For sure.. from my readings, a good TRT dose is one that is low enough your estrogen stays low enough that you don't need long term anti e's, but high enough to get the benefits of testosterone replacement.. That's easier for some people than others thouugh lol.

I agree but my doctor thinks as long as my dick works and its in range hes happy. He's comfortable with my e2 being higher than I am too. I don't care much I'm quite happy that I get regular bloodwork and I can blast for a couple months in between.

Well since I am faking it without blood work, I will never get it nailed down completely. Just going by feel.

I just added in 50mg of primo seeing if I could drop the adex to every other week.

I am also not so sure that AI’s are so horrible. Problem being the human trials are on woman taking it to crush their estrogen for cancer therapy. It is not a moderate dose like we use. My wifes sister was on it for 5 years straight and had no issues.

I heear ya.. and on top of that those of us who and prescribed TRT by a doctor rarely agree on anything either.. some doctors day one thing and routinely test for specific things and other docs just don't.. It's just wise to learn it yourself and be involved in your own heath I guess..

I'm close to actually not using my prescription.. At 100mg I felt like shit.. I did a super light cycle over the summer (300mg was peak) and felt 10000x better.. not just gym performace, but jsut better.. Then dropped back to 100mg a week for all of sept.. wow I was grouchy, short tempers, sore, achy, no motiviation/low energy and went to gym and just did nothing because it hurt and I had no engery.. I'm on my 12th day of 150mg a week and its night and day different.. All symptoms gone or greatly dimished.

When I say drop my script I should clarify.. I mean flat out tell the doc how much better I am on 150mg and he can either monitor me and fill my script for 100mg and I top it up to 150 OR I stop going to him all together..

My appoint is tomorrow.. with a private clinic.

I feel great on 125 mg a week.

Lately I have been running everything really low.

Like my “cycle“ right now is 125 mg of test and 50 mg primo a week.

I was running 50e3d, bumped it up to 55e3 and felt a lot better, but then I took 3.25mg of aromasin and crashed my E2. It's been 4 weeks, and in that time I switched to 100e6, but felt far too out of whack to maintain. By day 5 I felt like crap. I was going to try 100e5, but I don't trust my e2 sensitivity. Switched to 70e4, and I feel like I'm low. But, my junk looks like I'm high. I know I'm just out of balance, or a bit high b/c mood is decent, but my head is foggy, and I have anxiety in the morning which subsides as the day goes, whereas if I'm low my anxiety gets worse as the day progresses. Drive to exercise is poor as well, although I'm fairly strong. Mood is decent, but nothing great. Focus is ok, but again, nothing great. My one gripe with trt is every time I change a dosing protocol my libido is always the last thing to return, going on 3 weeks now.

The one thing I has was heavy water dumps. Like, the pillow and sheets would be soaked. Since dropping to 70e4 I haven't had it, but it's a sign of high e2 for me.

@Sorbate I've been toying with the idea of adding primo as well. I have heard of some guys who lowered their e2 with primo, as well as mast or anavar. I'm not about to mess around with Masteron as I'm likely to crash my E2. What I really need is about 6months of consistency without any ai, so I can heal my body's ability to manage e2 on its own. The last time I was ai free for a couple months I felt great. As soon as I start messing with aromasin I end up fucking myself up. At this point I'd rather run 50e3 than risk having to take any ai at all. I recall feeling really good on 60e3.5. But, I did like e3 for stability.

I found a trick for that. Inject on Sunday, on Tuesday take .5mg of Adex.
zero estrogen issues.

I just had my first pay out of pocket consultaton with private clinic.

They insisted anyone who is given testoserone also takes arimidex. They said no one should ever be given the TRT scipt without an anti e.

I did ask why would someone need it if their estrogen levels are good? Why would someone need it if they don't have high estrogen sides? Why would anyone on TRT also take the anti e unless blood work shows they need it seeings how low estrogen in men causes some nasty sides that almost mirror low test symptos? I asked why can I not spread my injections over 3 tiems a week to keep my estrogen lower without another med that I don't need?

They never gave me answers to these and fell back to their stance with their patients is any on TRT needs to take anti E.

The lady also asked me why was I dong 3x a week injections and not once a week.. I told her "because spreading it out keeps my peak lower and hterefore less likely that I start converting testosterone to estrogen".. Her response was an emotional "No! The opposite happens!!!"... Again, couldn't explain how that could possibly be the case when I asked her to explain it.

Don't mean to hi-jack the thread.. But I am starting arimdex at their recomended dosing with is 1.0mg once a week on the same day I do my shot and I do my shots once a week now.

Same lady said most guys prefer to once a week to "feel that big boost".. I told her I never felt a big boost on TRT at any point other than when I first started I felt it kciking in over a couple weeks, but no never a "big boost" after doing any injection. She told me I should feel a big boost.. I coutnered with "well if you set your self up for a big boost then you are also setting yourself up for a low.. I'd rather feel medium all the way".. Her reply was I should do it 2times a week then...

I know some guys say they feel a boost from once a week, but I just never did... I can't see with cyp that happening.. I known it starts working right away, but I never thgouth or believed it would hit you hard enough to feel it.. But again, I have real life friends who say they feel it the next day.

When I inject I feel a wellbeing boost about 4 hrs later. Even with 3x weekly

I don't thnk I ever have...

I recently went from 100mg a week to 150mg a week and I felt a signifcant difference, but it was gradual over a couple weeks.. Was almost like after a week or two I realized how much better I felt once I stopped to think about it.

1.0 arimadex. That made me shudder. Hope they don’t crash you too bad.
