What’s your TRT dose?

lower dose daily injections failed outright for me and all aspects (libido, cognitive, physical) went flat.
I find I need a bulous injection to cross the "androgen threshold" and 5 days is perfect.
alternatively 7 days is too long

Once in awhile I will add some daily pulse of test Propionate ;)
I like running prop eod for the contrast. Feels more normal than a completely steady amount of test in my system. Same as I enjoy once a week ethnate or cyponate injections.

Off everything except 100 mg of prop eod for the last couple weeks.

Shit I forgot how damn good I feel running prop.

Now just gotta wait for my bowels to balance out after stopping the gh. I am pooping like 5 times a day, sped up my gut motility.

The wife and I have been trying to have a baby. A year ago I did a test and had “azoospermia” which means 0 living sperm. It’s been 6+ months of 6,000 iu hcg and everything else and my tests recently all came back phenomenal in the range it needs to be in order to conceive naturally. So I plan to continue this protocol till she’s prego.
As someone who went through this being young and naive. I was put on TRT for reasons I don't want to get into but my profession at the time would be deemed dangerous by some. The world was not full of info like the forums have now, with great guys who care/help.
I believed the medical system before I studied for years and started studying Naturopathic medicine as well.
I had a serious injury to my testicles, but they recovered, normal sex drive, hardly every touched PED's. Did a cycle once (max twice) a year for 8 weeks - very old school. Felt recovered and time for a baby but could not get a woman pregnant if I had sex 10 times a day when she was ovulating.
Saw my GP who send me to a Urologist (not an endo). He had me do the cup test and I had azoospermia too. I was told I would never have sperm and there was nothing I could do about it. This was not decades ago, I am not that old so I went and told her the bad news.
I thought this can't be right, if I can have sex drive without TRT, my testicles are working and if they work, they must be able to produce sperm. The only different factor was exogenous testosterone. I took it and cut it in half and asked my GP (not that Urologist) who said he was amazed I had decent numbers.
Sent to a fertility specialist for women as there are none for men here and she did a detailed analysis and during my wait, I quit TRT completely (did not feel like crap, just not as high a sex drive, but I managed) and my numbers were in the normal range for a man but the morphology of about 1/3 were bad. They did not have proper tails for swimming to where they needed to go.
Not sure if you had this checked but this is as important.
This was around 15 years ago, didn't know about all the educated people on the forums, but started to read a book a week as if I was going to school to be a Naruropath. The regular medical system, in all their wisdom, never told me about HMG (highly recommend you find some), HCG, or any SERMS. They all knew about female reproduction, but apparently men did not exist. I took a concoction of my own supplements that should help produce healthy sperm from a book called I believe called "Prescriptions for Natural Cures" and this edition had 7 recommended supplements unlike the editions before that had about 25-40. Long story short, did it for 3 months and my morphology increased.
My testicles still are not normal and you would think they were trying to hide from being hit very hard. My own fault - I wasn't paying attention to the person behind me.
HCG is a good medication, but if I was on anything I would be off everything anabolic in nature as it shuts down your testicles and find HMG. You probably know this, no one ever told me and that includes one GP and two specialists with 16 years combined school in medicine.

Anyway, lots of practice was fun fun but given the chance I would like to give the doctors a piece of my mind. I should have researched but it taught me don't believe everything doctors tell you, double check everything, and I am not against modern medicine but there are options that do help.
I am glad your protocol helped. I wish I could turn back the clock, and have access to this forum back then but don't think it even existed.

Take care

Yes, running 75 iu hmg 3x a week And I did a fragmentation test, which is what goes into detail of the health of your swimmers. It all came back extremely good. Hmg and hcg together I’ve been taking.

Maybe I missed it but have you maintained or restored your fertility while on TRT doing your protocol?

Personally I can't see why it wouldn't.

I tried HMG and all that. Expensive and nothing really came out of it. I just quit AAS cold turkey and I was ok after 5-6 months. My wife and I stopped trying at one point due to some issues in our families but I think that was good because it took the pressure off.

Anyways, once we got back to it I had already been off for 8-10 months. The only thing I was taking was shilajit which I found helped me feel pretty good. There is some evidence that it improves fertility and testosterone levels as well for those looking for an all natural route.

I think after two tries she was pregnant and we're expecting come early next year 🙂. The point I'm making is whatever the method is for restoring fertility it takes time.

I'm glad your fertility is back and good luck.
