Hello everyone. Thanks for the add. From Ontario and I am 35 years old. Experience level lifting is about 4 years. The science aspects of the sport is very fascinating to me and this forum is not only local for me but seems to have a lot of creditable information. Thinking about competing one day in the open masters division.

Looking forward to contributing to some great discussions and learn as much as I can along the way. :)
