How could you have a low test level when you're blasting 500mg of test? 🤔

Just assume your gear was bunk. Run 500mg of test with a solid diet and keep training the way you are... you should have some excellent gains after 12 weeks. There is a nutrition section on the forum, post your diet up and others maybe able to give you some tips!

Trust us, you do not need one gram of test for your second run - IMO it would make for an unpleasant experience as you have zero experience managing estrogen and the sides would just stack up.

Yes I understand but I think the gear that I bought was trash. Yes I am eating more usual but I am gaining more fat than muscle. I train very hard. The only problem I would say I have is sleep. I'm not getting enough avg 5 to 6 hours. For my next cycle I would start from 250mg climb to 500mg for the duration of my cycle.
Sleep is important for sure, the more you can get the better. As for eating more you will always gain a little bit of fat even if you are eating tons of clean lean food. Fat is much easier to gain then muscle. Diet is the most important when it comes to fat loss and gain. As well as muscle gain. 500mg of test should be more then enough for you. Try another lab like you said and see. I think diet and training may need to be adjusted, the gear doesn’t do the work. If you need any help dm me.
