Glad to be back with the old crew! Hope you are all doing well and a shout out to Bull for keeping the group/website together.

Currently sitting at 192lbs, 5'7, still lean although some of my numbers have dropped. I had knee surgery 10 weeks ago after a hiking accident. So legs have been absent from training. Feeling alot better now. Mobility is 90% although on bench my leg drive is back and pushing 355, havent attempted deads and none weighted squats are to start next week.

Training goals are mainly strength focused while staying leanish. I dont want to get bigger with my frame, I can look "big" very easily.
