Hey Good morning everyone. I am new to this community and starting my journey in weight loss and better physical health..... Again.....

I was very successful dropping 65 lbs in 2019/2020 with Keto/IF and cycling a few hundred KMs a week. A few years ago I faltered, gained back and have been trying to achieve that goal again and cannot string more than a few weeks on Keto/IF without tearing things down.

Interested in peptides and exploring Reta, Mots and Tesa. I will post my strategy in another thread. I am looking forward to talking to you all and learning different approaches for me to get back on track.
