Thanks for the welcome, I am a 46yr old male, been working out hard for a few years now but would still say I’m a beginner. Been taking lots of supplements and included two rounds of sarm stacks over the last year. Not the best results (other than lower energy levels after about week 4 each time...likely from the Rad140 and Lg4033??). Since I began working out more seriously, I have gone from about 165lbs to hovering around 180lbs. Unfortunately, I have kinda plateaued and don’t seem to be packing on any real size or lean gains anymore. I’m here for advice...I’d like to gear up for the next few months but don’t know where to start...I’ve been looking at TNT as I think my test could definitely use a boost...just need some help. Thanks again for including me in this forum. Cheers!
