Thanks guys. Living in Ontario, in the sweet sweet country of Canada. Love me some Tim Hortons (Canadian Gasoline). Been lifting religiously for almost 10 years now. Started when I was around 16. I was a widdled down twig back in the day and things have certainly changed since, 6’3 @ 209lbs currently. I’m a serious hard gainer as well, piss!!
