Thanks for the warm welcome guys! I'm a 46 year old male, who's big into fitness. Never competed, all though it has always bee a goal of mine. I've been training since high school. Started on gear back when svensk apotek first came out. I'm looking forward to the wealth of knowledge that this board can provide and participating in many disscussions.
