Hi guys, thanks for the welcome! Hey @Newf, been a long while. Yeah I've pretty much been under a rock last couple years when it comes to online presence. Only reason I found this site is Robi mentioned it. Happy I did, most of the old places seem to be gone now. Hoping to see some familiar faces here.
Me...started back on CBB in 2007, since then been around on Chemical Mass, Canadian Mass, Subzero, Iron Lifter, CJM, NM, Professional Muscle, and WCB, and back in the good old days a private board that I still miss. Always been Fourarms, not spelled wrong, it was my son's favourite action hero when he was little. Been training since my mid 30's, about 13-14 years now. Showing some wear, but no intention of ever stopping. Looking forward to checking in here as much as time allows.
