Hello,
Used to be a member at IL, CM, and NM. I hope to contribute and lead a healthy active lifestyle that is full of learning.
In the past 2 years I have put a pause on everything due to several issues in life (financial, education, relationship, social, and family) and after losing a job or two, the dark times came back which I have been struggling with seriously in the past 6 months.
It's been a couple of weeks since I've decided to get my shit back together and after experiencing a lot, the learning you do is the type that won't make you repeat your mistakes. I HAVE repeated several mistakes, don't get it twisted.

I came back to the community to stay active and engaged with the world I once loved and to treat my biochemical machinery with some respect and proper maintenance.
Have not lifted in many years, can join the 30s club, lots of formal education (science and engineering, anatomy/physiology, biochem, pharmaceutical chem, drug discovery, pharmaceutical technologies and processing) plus tons of self education.
I have work experience in the production/manufacturing industry and some quality control, as an intern and special contract. Biggest lesson I learned was that a lot of people talk shit about their education and skills and capabilities but when it comes to the real world and completing tasks, these people show lack of intelligence, competence, and leadership. Most of the work is always done by operators and others with experience while the "babies/degrees" take all the credit and try to move up the ladder. I just felt disgusted with the shit show and the mistreatment of the working class. Also, another lesson was that when you get along with everyone and people show you respect and follow you, the management and your superiors does not like it, even though the work you produce is used to make them look good lol
God bless the souls of everyone who had to put up with so much shit and incompetence in the workforce due to their financial commitments and need. I certainly have felt the pain and frustration even if it is for a minuscule amount of time.
