Well a brief summery, I'm from Manitoba, currently here after spending the last 6 years in BC. Came back to have my bicep re-attached to my arm (second one in 2 years almost to the day, and surprisingly neither was at the gym🤷‍♂️). Im 31, been training since I was 15, gassing off and on since I was 24. I competed a few times in MABBA, placed well in the heavies a few times then went on to fitness modeling and now Im mostly just your average 5 day-a-weeker gym rat. Thats about it, wanna know more, just call the Dr.;)
