Thanx man. Used to be on the boards years ago but been away awhile. Been training for about 12yrs , just over 40 yrs old. Last few yrs had health issues and slowed down but all taken care of except a hernia that im waiting on surgery for. Just waiting to heal up and start growing again .

Nope. Everyone I've known that's had to have hernia surgery says it's horrid.
