Hi everyone,

Thanks for the welcome!

I work in emergency services and have been passionate about bodybuilding for years. I've been following this forum for a long time and finally decide to join.

Glad to be here!

Welcome @Blackhelmet . So you already know this is the place to be, enjoy!
What is a long time in months or years you have been following the forum if you don't mind me asking?

I’ve been following Canadian Brawn since a little after COVID.
I’ve been browsing different forums and Reddit here and there for years.
My very first forum was Physique Extreme, a Quebec-based bodybuilding forum.
