Thanks for the welcome!

I haven’t done the forum thing in a while, excited to BS with some fellow Canadians about training. I’m 40 and currently in a remote area of Ontario, moved out here from Alberta a few years ago. No one to talk about training with out here, all my training buddies are back home. My wife and daughters eyes just glaze over as soon as I start talking about it lol

I’ve been training for 15 years, mostly powerlifting in my younger days. Ended up getting injured and then busy with a young family, training took a backseat. Started up again the last few years with an emphasis on bodybuilding, got lean for the first time last summer (for me anyway, over 10% but under 15%bf) and I’ve been hooked again ever since.

An important part of training for me is TRT and AAS, I’ve been on TRT for over 2 years and believe in the freedom to use these compounds as I see fit, with an emphasis on harm reduction, informed smart usage, and judgement free dialogues with other users. From lurking here, I feel this forum is the perfect place.

Thanks, excited to be here!

Welcome. From the user name 'beaverherder' I take it you warm up to these furry little creatures as well ;)
