Hi Guys,
Thanks for the intro.
From the name you can probably guess where I'm from and what I do. I'm 36, been lifting since mid 20s on and off. Didn't really get serious until after my kids were born, didn't want to have the dad bod. I was a member on NM, mostly a lurker, really enjoy all the info all the vets share. Really enjoying this new forum and all the information that's already up here.
