I'm supposed to get snipped this winter, but then a couple video's popped up saying that your risk of cancer increases with a vasectomy. I think it was prostate cancer.. I can't find the video's now or info..

Anyone ever look into this?
 
I had a vasectomy 22 years ago.
It's been a regret ever since!
I didn't and still don't want any more kids. It's the Bull shit that can get used to emasculate you during a divorce.
 
I had mine done 7 years ago now and it's the best thing I ever did. Wish I did it 20 years ago, but I'm happy I had my kids so it's all good and better late than never.

I've confirmed via lab results that I'm firing blanks so no worries about slipping one past the goalie with whoever I may hook up with. Its paid for itself already as I really hate condoms as they rob me of all feeling and I have a very hard time finishing with one on, so if I'm with my wife who is not on any birth control now or someone else that I'm confident is clean I can really enjoy myself.

I still wear a raincoat with escorts of course, I'm not that crazy.

As for the process itself, its uncomfortable but doable. It's the week after that sucked for me, a couple days where I had to be laying down as when I'd stand up the blood would rush down and it felt like I got hit in the junk with a 2x4 and was unbearable.

When the Dr says don't cum for a week after the procedure listen to that advice. I was worried so I took myself for a test drive on day 3 post op to make sure it still works and busting a nut felt just like it sounds and was very painful. Don't worry, it'll work, just be patient and give it time to heal.

I talked to the Dr about prostate and cancer and any other issues and he said that there is not enough correlation to confirm the rumors. So many positive case results to so few negatives. Time will tell...

I got one done when i was living in Nicaragua. They did it the old fashioned way. No problems. I was probably already shooting blanks from TRT but wanted to be sure.

For me it was head games she played leading up to the divorce.
Saying she's got my balls in her purse, no woman would want a man that can't give them children. ( partly true I found out) just being poked at about being less of a man. Just BS!
It's something I never planned on. I never seen divorce in my future

Good advice..

I'm getting a hernia surgery at the same time.. So I'll be under and I'll be sitting on the couch for a least a week anyways..

I'm going to ask for the meds that stop boners.. I get too many boners to also have to deal with hernia surgery and getting snipped.

You might be on enough pain meds to stop anything from working down there
 
It started a couple years before my divorce my ex wife was demanding that I get a vasectomy because she didn't want any more children. I never wanted one so I didn't and I'm glad I didn't. Im curious if if I could still father a child after being on trt and the extra gear for a couple years now.
 
Had mine done when my youngest was less than a year so 18-19 years ago. Post op definitely very uncomfortable but not horrible.

Tried to get a reversal when I got remarried but it didn’t take. In hindsight, thank god.

I'd never want to be with another woman that wants children so win win.

Less of a man, lol! I feel the opposite as I'm more in control of my sex life knowing I wont ever knock another woman up ever again. It was a big weight to take off my shoulders as it ways worried me.

Also my wife was having bad sides from all birth control methods in the way of weight gain from the hormones used so now she does not have to worry either, and if she ever has another I'll know it's not mine.

No way I'd do it and hernia surgery at the same time fuck me.
But yeah condoms suck, birth control or tubes tied way worse on the Mrs. So easy decision.
I went back to work too soon and it was rough, drove same haul all day with massive trench across the road all day and on the last haul forgot and slammed my nuts right into my belly it felt like it was the worst haha!

Birth control fucked my wife up beyond belief..

It wasn't bad when she started birth control to help with her period when she was younger.. She has vibroids so periods are a bloody messy affair and it cause massive iron defficieny.. so birth control helped.. but man alive when she went back on it after having our 2 kids it did a number on her.. Doctors recommended she stop birth control immeadiately.. things got a bit better, but now battles with severe iron deffinciency and her periods would make the "SAW' movies for gore.. currently she is waiting to see a dr to get the fibroids burned off (I think) or looking at a historectomy..

Either way, I'm like 6 years on TRT straight.. she's on nothing.. we use no condoms.. for 6 years lol.. not one single scare.. I've never had my sperm tested but its liekly next to nothing.

Oh man, similar story here, not as severe but a rough ride. My wife was on birth control pills before kids and no prob so after a close friend of her's got an IUD and the results were amazing so she tried it too. She could not fight the weight gain no matter what and it was altering her mood so severely that she was a raging biatch (she agrees) without knowing why and she felt like she was going crazy and not able to be herself. Ditched the IUD and a few months later when she felt ok tried the pill just as a last ditch effort and the weight gain problem came back. She ditched the pills before they could alter her mood.

Shes been working hard and nearly cut all the weight off now. Her period is heavy that hasnt changed but it's more frequent now, like the time between has been reduced. Shes hoping it goes back to how it was and will just live with it now as she's too scared to try anything else.

Likely my sperm would have been shot cuz of the gear use by now too but I can't afford to take any chances. If I had to go back to ground 0 with a baby I'd seriously have to consider taking a stroll on the tracks to give Thomas the Tank Engine a big hug at full speed.
