Hi Everyone,
I'm 52 years old and have been training seriously since 2019.
Quick background regarding cycles:
My first cycle was 500 mg Test. My second was 500 mg Test, 500 mg Mast, and 300 mg Deca. This year I've been keeping things more moderate: 250 mg Test, 250 mg Mast, 100 mg Deca, and 2 IU of GH. I'm about 3 weeks into the cycle.
My wife has also been training seriously since 2019. She's going through menopause and is on prescribed estrogen and progesterone, along with 10 mg of testosterone per week. She also runs a 6-8 week Anavar cycle during the summer, she's about 2 weeks into her cycle
Here's the situation: we unexpectedly booked a trip to Mexico in about three weeks. (Wedding) If we'd known about it, we would have planned our cycles around it.
We're wondering if there's any point in changing anything at this stage. My wife is a little more concerned than I am about things like water retention, buffet food, extra sodium, and just feeling her best on vacation.
Would you continue the cycle as planned, reduce any of the compounds, or stop anything before the trip? Any tips on diet? We'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been in a similar situation.
