I was thinking the basic "fork down". Cardio does the trick as well though. Personally I much prefer HIIT like you to LISS. I swap between battle ropes, skipping, and uhhh beat saber on VR haha (it burns like 10-15 calories a minute I swear). I write down how many reps for certain movements I get within 30 seconds of battle ropes or how many skips I get in 30 seconds, and try to beat it next time. Probably prefer HIIT to LISS because it has this measure of progress like weights that I find addictive.We are talking about getting lean and what is the best fat burner out there right Boys ?

Go to a boxing club and do there 15 minutes straight of calestetics that they do as a group at the end of every training session , Thats 5 3 minute rounds of sit ups push ups frogs jumping jacks duck walks lunges kip ups running on the spot , Dont add minutes add intensity Dig Fuckin Deep Boys do it for 2 months then do it until u can do it beside 18 year olds that are in good shape and then they start puking trying to keep up with you , niw you are ready to start using shit like ephedrine and slu-pp and all the other fat burners out there but guess what now you probably wont need them unless you are doing a show or competion somewhere but word on the street is you want that final tweak take shit next level hit up Funnyman he will guide you on your best ever you journey

PS the old American version of ripped fuel - I'm sure I would do some very very bad things to get my hands on it again .....I just love cardio on an empty stomach for fat burning first thing upon rising.
I found the simple stuff worked - the good ole ECA stack. I would personally take 24mg ephedrine with 400-600 mg caffeine and a baby asa. I stopped the asa due to ulcer concerns and found it just as effective.
Always tempted to try clen and still have to.
I find the ugl burners as previously mentioned here also effective.
I Don't mess with the ADHD meds...from what I recall whatever gains you think you'll make when "on" you'll loose when you crash and eat everything in sight.

Some people say its as good if not better than cardarineCardarine is underrated here imo definitely burns fat while increasing my capacity to work out( cardio) which also supports.
I think sr9009 has very very poor oral bioavailabilty, something like 2%. Look for injectable (100%) or transdermal (my guess is around 40% based off of the gold standard composition of gels scientists compare to) if you can.Im finally going to be giving it a try in a couple months. I was a naive stupid 18 yr old who barely knew his way around a gym nevermind proper anything .....and it was the first burner I ever tried. Ruined me for all the others that came afterwards.....takes a ton to get me revved up now. But yeah probably a good thing it isn't just on counter tops anymore.....
