So a couple weeks ago I came home from work and ate my normal meals as I did while at work. 2 days into days off I woke up with diarrhea. Low and behold I was pissing out my asshole every 30mins -2hrs apart for the next 7 days STRAIGHT. Finally got fed up/worried and went to emergency...12hrs later was prescribed 3 days worth of anti biotics and started to clean up the next day. This bug causing diarrhea in the u.s.a. MAY not just be secluded to there...who knows. Not sure the reason for this post other than awareness.

12lbs total....strangely enough, I have only gained back 6lbs BUT my digestion is on point now (was iffy before sickness) and I am lean as fuck while raising calories significantly LOL. Something positive to take out of a brutal situation at least ahahahahahahaah
