Testosterone clearance

I’m looking for some insight into my testosterone levels because the results seem lower than I would expect.

My prescribed TRT dose is 150 mg per week, but for quite some time I have consistently been administering 500 mg of testosterone per week.(for the last 20 weeks)

For my last two blood tests, I intentionally stopped all testosterone injections 14 days before having blood drawn. As I did not want my levels too high for the doctor. Despite using 500 mg consistently beforehand, my total testosterone results were only 7 nmol/L on one test and 9.9 nmol/L on another.

These values seem unusually low to me, considering the amount I had been using prior to stopping. I’m trying to determine whether this could simply be due to my body metabolizing and clearing testosterone much faster than average, or whether it raises concerns that the testosterone product I’m using may be underdosed or less potent than labeled.

For additional context, both blood tests followed the same approach of stopping injections for approximately two weeks before testing, and the results were consistently in the single-digit nmol/L range.

Based on this pattern, would rapid testosterone clearance be the most likely explanation, or should I also be considering factors such as product potency? Products were a mix of test-e, and test cyp

Are you using Cypionate or Enanthate?

Im no expert but given that both esters you were using would have a half life of 7-9 days that definitely doesnt make sense. This is all prescription test or some prescription and some UGL?

The 150mg is test e (pharma) the rest is UGL

Especially considering you would also have traces of the previous weeks doses plus that last 500 that seems off. Hopefully one of the members with a better understanding of clearance time and half life can give us some thoughts.

What’s odd is the two weeks where I’ve taken no injections my libido has been sky high and no need for Cialis .
Estrodial came back at 55pmol where test was 9.9 nmol. Prolactin 13.

I feel with those numbers I would have no sex drive and ED but it’s been the opposite.

you'd need way more info to estimate this with any shot at accuracy. Actual dosing done of that 500 for about 6 weeks prior, what days and doses Any previous BW results with that same info would be very helpful too.
Super fast math says that 15ish nmol/L would not be unheard of. I and others have noted that libido is often up during the transition time of T levels either up or down.
