Test dosage question

Hey all, new to the forum. First off my stats. 46 years old in two weeks. 6’2 currently 240lbs

I got my labs done and my free test was sitting at 220. I started with 250 mg per week twice weekly shots. My strength is going up and I am seeing my upper body getting more developed and thicker. When I started I was 228lbs and now just over 240 after 6 weeks.

I am getting the results I want so far although I’m impatient as well. I am hearing so many conflicting things about doses. As I am going to cruise in my down time I am thinking about upping my dose to 400mg and cruising at 200 and possibly adding in Low dose of Dec a during cruise for my joints. My BW came back last week and my free test was 760.

Advice if I should up to 400 and cruise at 200 or wait until my next BW and readjust?

Thanks all

I think what you will find is that many people who jumped to higher doses right away wish they could go back and start lower, only working their way up after progress stalls.

Why put more stress on your body if you're already getting great results from less?
