Strange sensation

So I got this weird thing I wouldn't call it and injury but slight pain when I do incline bench I have shoulder pain in the left shoulder but when I do seated shoulder press no pain at all. Shouldn't that hurt also ?
 
I can't BB bench press because my shoulder hurts yet i can do DB presses no problem. A slight shifting of my hand position, which DB allowed is all it took.
 
Yeah but it’s true. If it hurts or doesn’t feel right, don’t keep training that way. We all have certian exercises we can’t do because we know from before we tried to push thru and hurt ourselves. Just saving you an injury. Do dumbells instead if they don’t hurt. As long as you keel training you’ll keep getting bigger. Not doing incline press will not be the end of your upper chest. There is still incline flies. I myself believe flies build more chest than bench.
