What should I do and eat to get max results from dianabol 20 mg 50 tablets

Are you planning an oral only cycle? How long have you been training? First time using steroids?
Do you track your diet and know your maintenance calories so you can eat above this if the plan is to put on muscle. Just an opinion, but I would much rather use an injectable (like testosterone) for a longer period as you should not take orals for months. I hope you looked up the side effects of this oral.
Progressive overload is needed to make the most of training, eating above maintenance with the right macro balance depending on your goals which I don't know what they are - cutting fat/putting on mass.
Don't know anything about your history but D-bol is known for putting on strength and size gains fast hence the danger (if new to training) your tendons/ligaments will not be able to keep up to your muscle strength increases which results in injuries.
Everyone starts somewhere - please provide a little more info about yourself. Stats, time lifting, goals, and if you don't mind me asking why would you just do an oral only cycle and if you have the requirements for a proper PCT. Not going to shit on you for an oral only cycle. Not what I would ever do, but will try to help you if possible.
Too many questions to ask - the question (not a shot at you) is sort of hard to answer without some background about you (nothing personal).
