So I injected a vein

1. If you are following good hygiene protocols and you have a reputable brand - the odds of infection are low. TRT and other injections over a decade and never had an infection. Knock on wood.
2. I had the strange feeling and minor cough, not from tren, from any AAS such as test/primo, but it passed quickly.
3. Move where you are injecting. Couple places that are easy - shoulders, all muscle and I never pull back on the syringe because at the ER and the nurses I know never do/indicate they are instructed not to. If I had an absess (@OhBoy - man that is a lot of blood/junk you hauled out - did it heal up on it's own once you pulled out as much as possible?), I would be at the docs getting it lanced and cleaned (many may treat it themselves, but I would not). Ventro glutes seem to have less veins and there is zero pain, I use 11/2 inch needles for shoulders and everywhere on my glutes. Your picture is where everyone started injecting years ago or many did, but it has changed over the years. One place few do, and the only reason I have been told is it might hit your sciatic nerve, but I inject lower and there is zero pain, and I never have any blood or oil leak out. On the blood topic, periodically a little bit will come out and you potentially a small amount of the PED. Shoulders - if you are larger you can inject high, medium or low just above the bicep - that is 6 places on your shoulders. I stopped injecting where you do so I use ventro glutes and if your have larger glute muscles you can find two spots on the ventro glute area and I don't understand why people don't inject low on the glutes, just above your hams. It is below any nerves, zero pain, never once had blood / any compound come back up.
4. No, if you hit a vein the PED is not waisted, it won't all go into your blood stream immediately and get used, some may hence the cough, but I suspect a lot is absorbed into the muscle/any fat in the area and then slowly absorbed based on the ester and carrier oil.
5. If I did pull back and got a little blood in the needle, which I never do anyway, but it does not destroy the steroid. As long as it was a clean injection, and you swab another area, I would change the tip for a new one and inject again.

These are just my opinions, didn't read everything above, but I see a lot of smart guys commented who have a lot of experience.
Change where you inject if this happened twice and I am sure you will be fine. Just make sure you are very careful with hygiene as you don't want to deal with infections / abscesses like @OhBoy did.
Best of luck!
Yes it cleared up within a week or so but I didn't touch them for months. This happens when you inject too much oil at once and your muscle doesn't absorb it fast enough.I was shooting 3cc's at a time, 3 times a week in the quads and delts. So I don't do it anymore. The most now is about 1 1/2 cc's.And like I said and I stand by this.Always aspirate before injecting.

I heard about this so much, over the decades in the sport.
I knew personally friends with the same issue...mand had to go to the hospital to get is drained. They had nurses come over daily to clean the wound.
Glad your okay and learned.:)

I use a 1/2 inch slin pin for my delts, why do you go so deep? Deepest I go is 1 inch ventro glutes or glutes. Use a half inch slin pin on my lats too when I hit those (rarely)
How the heck do you get the oil in the slin pin (back load?), and then how do you get it out. This is not humble but I have strong hands as I train forearms/hands as one day of my 4 day split and I can't imagine trying to push boldenone out or get it in, if you did not back load, with a slin pin. I have always used 11/2 or 1 inch needles. I would rather the oil go deeper into the muscle - never have any leak out. There is never a concern hitting anything but muscle or pushing through some fat if your reasonably large with your shoulders or glutes. I don't inject my legs. I have injected my biceps a few times but rather not.
I am not saying you should use it, if 1/2, 5/8, or slin pin works for you - do it.
Each to their own. We had a thread on this on another forum, and a lot used 11/2, and a lot used 1 inch. Other people used shorter needles. I don't think there is a correct answer.

Glad you are better and no permanent damage. If you were injecting 9 ML - that is a lot of oil for your body to absorb / remove from the body. If 1 ML on average is 250 mg/300 mg, at least for me that is a lot of any PED.
Did you treat it yourself completely? No medical intervention?

Super easy to push out.

It's all in use now.
Backload the amount I need and in ya go. Mind you I am also not injecting multiple ml per shot, if I were I'd use a traditional 3ml syringe.

Yeah I backload them, and I’m fairly lean so I think half inch is deep enough for me I’ve never seen any spillage personally/ feel stable throughout the week with eod pins, however when pinning vg/ glutes I use a 1 inch 28 gauge and never had any issues either. I feel like an inch and a half is overkill for me unless I’m pinning like 2ml+ then I can justify it. Have never ran bold, so can’t comment on that.

Thank you .No all alone no meds.It wasn't infected just an oil buildup.

Interesting, never tried to push out - just figured it must be hard. I can't recall when/why, but I remember trying to draw an oil product with an insulin needle and determines it was impossible and I would have to back load. I assume you do small injections - sub q?
The amount I inject is only combined 1/4 of a ML twice a week.
Thanks for the info.

You have to back load.

I am using phara test right now and it is obviously thicker than most UGL, and I have no issues inject 1/2cc 2 times a week.

When I get out of the shower, I put the insulin syringe in my hand, then do all the tings you do after you shower, qtip your ears, moouthwash, put in the contact, put on pit stick. Then it has warmed up and I inject. It doesn't fly in, and takes a bit of force, but I am in no rush, doesn't need to be injected in 1 second, it likely takes about 5-7 seconds to inject.

It is worth the extra effot to never have pip, never hit a nerve, never get a squirter, never feel any pain at all. Seriously a mosquito hurts more.

I use 30 gauge 5/16" pins. Remember though I am lean normally, and really lean right now, so most injections unless its my ventroglutes is shallow IM.

I've seen guys and girls hit their vein thousands of times. They never seemed to find it a detriment though. Most of those poor people are no longer with us.

Super easy to push out.
ya, the skinny barrel on a slin pin makes it easy to push the oil out. Sometimes easier then a 25g
Right now, im backloading 7 slins pins per week and taking 1 ed. If i miss a day, i will just take 2 one day
