Heard of it ? Yes, the idea has been around since at least the 70's in my personal experience and well before that I'm sure.
Just another influencer trynna make a buck. I'd say "by recycling some shit we already know and claiming it as his own brilliant idea" as happens a lot but iirc he does give credit to those before him. It's simply PSMF, "Protein Leveraging" and a handful of other named protocols usually with some small twist thrown in to make it sound unique.

Too bad the presentation is unbearable, I can't remember how long ago I first came across this dude but like @animal-inside I don't think I could ever make it through his content, he is just begging to be slapped.
