Saturday :)

I work Sat/Sun. Got a Mon/Tues weekend. Tomorrow is my Friday!
Normally I get Sunday Monday off. I will see if this one kid shows up to see if I work or not. I have too many people in holidays so no replacement staff. It’s my wife’s birthday tomorrow so I hope not.

Was stuck working today. After that bought my son an electric 12V jeep. He absolutely loved it. Made my day.

Like a powerwheels? Best $ Ive ever spent. I scored a G-Wagon at homesense and my kids drive while I hang off the side on a skateboard. My daughter can steer, my son is a kamikaze and tries to hit stuff so i grab the wheel and keep him on track.

today I am going to cut my large lawn on my riding mower and inspect my bee hives. Looking real good for a very big honey crop this year. But first coffee and then breakfast.

what are your Saturday plans?

I had similar plans to cut grass and weed shelter belt, but after first pass in shelter belt with mini cultivator I shredded the U joints on drive shaft so took it apart and went for parts but parts wont be in until Monday. Other then that I have my building inspector on my ass to put hand rails on my deck so I'm going to do something temporary to shut him up until I can afford to do it properly.

Ya a power wheels jeep. Got the 12V (2x6v) Looking online for 2x12V. He likes it in high speed mode. When cruisng on low he looks so unimpressed and crosses his arms.

My wife and are helping set up for loggers sport that takes place Sunday. After the setup we really haven't made any plans.

Going to look at a rental property. I have to do something so I might be able to eventually retire by 70, lol. Anyway I look at it real estate will bring a better return than mutual funds

So do mining penny stocks lol.

We've done the whole investing in rental real estate. I have no idea what the tenancy laws are like out your way but here in BC the laws favor the tenants so much so that we sold off all our rentals and vowed to never do that again. We've shifted most of our money into my wifes company MIC which has consistently had a return of 8/8.2%. No headaches no hassles and i sleep at nights now.

I only rent to family members. I would rather the house sit empty than rent to people I don't know very well.
