Sorry man, I was referring to the amount of muscle you are holding. In the early 90’s at the Y we referred to muscle as “meat”, shoulders as “coconut’s”, biceps as “pea knuckles”, lower back was Christmas Tree, tri’s were horseshoes, calves were diamonds, forearms were bowling pins, quads were teardrops or sweeps and so on.
Large chests we called “sirloin steak surgically implanted” or “plates of steel”.
