I do not eat for mass. I really don’t want to get any bigger as I’m about 230 lean at 6-1. A buddy of mine in the US has started to use Reta to lean out as he’s going for his pro card at 53. He has been having great success with it so I thought I’d give it a try.

Definitely reduces appetite and have leaned out a bit but I’m also keeping the dose low to see its effects and sides.

I never take any of your posts as a challenge, but you are dead if we ever meet up. 🤣🤣

I will hide in my basement for a few days. I must be losing it, I thought you were 6'6 and I am sure you mentioned before you were 270 (this was a while ago). Needing to talk to funnyman as you were starting to carry some 'fluff'. Glad you are enjoying the benefits of Reta, hard not to contemplate it, but I worry about the rebound. The issue is I am 'bulking' if you want to call it that on my massive 250 mg a week cycle lol, but I am eating more, training different, but I read about guys who are on a bulk and using Reta and I wonder how do you get all the food into to you grow? Like everyone I would like to keep my muscle mass and have a 6 pack, but I would have to drop 10-15 lbs to do so which I probably will after I am done with the help of @Funnyman.
Appreciate your input. Please tell me you did at one time state you were around 270 (forget the height as I could get that wrong) as I read your posts and am sure of it. I remember you saying you were eating one meal a day and I wondered how do you keep your size unless you are just naturally huge.

Yes I’m typically fluffy around 270. Think I’m about 250 currently but when I’ve gotten lean like around 10% I’m about 230-235 ish.
