Reta + Clen

I have heard this but have been on Reta since the fall without any real change in heart rate. Maybe 5 bpm. I would be more worried about an increase from the combo when cycling/steep climbs.

Already lost 50+ shit ass dad bod pounds lol, weight loss has levelled out. I don’t want to just increase the weekly Reta dose. I am just being impatient to some degree, haha.

Also trying to avoid the depleted look/feels from heavy GLP-1 usage.

Still, just curious about the combined effect of a glp-1 + Clen and possible sides or benefit of short term combo.

In theory, the increase in rhr and body temperature from clen could accelerate fat loss.

It also acts on the the beta 2 adrenergic receptor which also aids the breakdown of body fat but it also rapidly desensitizes the receptor meaning you would need to take time off of it, during which fat loss would be slowed down as well so its a double edged sword. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off is the generally accepted protocol.

If you've never used clen before, start low dose to assess tolerance, it can be a very uncomfortable experience if you push it too high too quickly.

Thank you @CanadianEh for the response, I was thinking along the same lines. Low dose would be my direction (20mg) to suss out tolerance with increases after each 2 week break.

Mainly concerned if someone had a bad experience on it. Or great results too.

Looking to get the last 5-10 pounds off to be in the sub 15% range.

Again, I am possibly just being too impatient haha.

I think you may be a little impatient here, in the 12-17% range your body still has plenty of room to naturally shred that body fat.

In my experience I find clen and the other B2 "fat burners" are best suited to when your body is starting to be resistant to losing the stubborn body fat (sub 10% range). Now that's not to say you cannot use it, but why place undue stress on your body and heart specifically, when you don't need to yet. Do you understand what I'm getting at?

Perhaps some other members can chime in, if they have used it at that range?

Would really need to know where your calories are now and what your macro's are set at.
Also a brief explanation on your training split and cardio.

I’m assuming you meant 20 mcg?

2000 calories, PPL + separate shoulder day, cardio 4+ days a week (80% zone 2 20% zone whatever is 90% heart rate mainly cycling)
Reta 2.5 per week total
TRT + with mast & primo, all low dose.

That being said, I succumb to some cheat meals here and there like everyone else, lol.

For the record, I am not asking for a critique of my training methods. The program is complex and heavily monitored by my ND.

I am asking for thoughts on running clen alongside a glp-1 and or user experience.

Thanks fellas for responding though I do appreciate it.

Edit: I would like your thoughts on it as well, so again thanks to you guys for responding.
