Things are about to get interesting over the next few years in muscle hypertrophy....

Trevogrumab (REGN1033) - Monoclonal antibody that inhibits myostatin. Aims to promote muscle hypertrophy.

Garetosmab (REGN2477) - Monoclonal antibody targeting activin A, another regulatory of muscle growth. Often studied in combination with Trevogrumab to block multiple pathways.

Both in phase 2.

I heard about one which was probably the Trevogrumab a few years ago but no "official" study of any sort had been done on it at that point. Other ways of inhibiting myostatin have seemed to come up for years but fizzle out for one reason or another. What made this one stick out in my mind is that there seemed to be theoretically a very good chance of nearly zero sides. Exciting.
