Recovering from 4x wisdom tooth removal

Yesterday I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled, theres a lotta damage in there. Its all liquid or very soft food for the near future, any tips on that is appreciated as well!
My other question is should I mix up some healing peptides and growth hormone and start now, or wait a bit? Some say doing the Peps right away can cause more scar tissue. Maybe that doesnt matter much in that location?
Any and all advice is appreciated, I'm laid up medicated and sore. I cant wait to drop the codeine, I feel like junk on it, but the pain is a bit much.

I've had this done. It was a bit rough for the first couple of days, I had gauze packed up in there all bloody etc.

Best to rest, especially at first, avoid straws or suckind on vape etc to avoid issues in the socket.

Soft foods and all that avoid alot of heavy chewing is a given.

Pain meds you'll know about or perhaps have been prescribed some take as you are directed or wish too. Outside of that advil or other NSAID can help with their anti-inflammatory properties.

Rinsing with salt water solutions several times a day after the first day passes is typical instruction, particularly after consuming food.

Avoid physical strain, heavy shit for at least a few days, perhaps longer to avoid any issue there

Takes a few Weeks to really get healing where you feel better.

I didnt have peptides at the time and its totally up to you on whether you take them or not, but if it was me, I wouldnt really bother but thats my opinion.

It'll come around fairly quickly, just feels like forever when youre in the situation, I totally get it.

I wish you the best and hope you heal quickly bro

Thanks for the well wishes. P.s. love the kootenays brother, I lived out of a van in Nelson for a while. Beautiful country.

I still have all my teeth, despite the dentist’s arguments lol
White (tooth) supremacist over there ;)
If they fit and dont get crap stuck in em keep em I say! Mine fit fine UNTIL I took fucking growth hormone and suddenly they pushed my front teeth together and I couldnt close my jaw properly. Causation vs correlation, we will never know but it was odd that within a few months of 5+iu a day at 30yo my teeth didnt fit anymore

When I had mine taken out, they froze one side of my face, pulled the top and bottom (had to break them up to get them out) then I went into work and finished the day. So I just got freezing, I didn’t bother getting gassed because I had to work after. Took some Advil. Everyone told me it was going to be horrible and it was nothing. Only part that was annoying was food getting stuck in the hole till it grew in.

I guess I was lucky on both sides, I don’t understand why someone would need a couple days off?

Mind you last hernia surgery, 15 minutes after they put me in the normal room (anfter the recovery room) and I was told as soon as I got dressed and took a pee I could leave.

So right after she left, I got up, got dressed, walked slowly to the bathroom, took a pee and then walked over to the nurses desk and asked if I could leave. This was 30 minutes after surgery. I was yelled at and she walked me back to the bed and said I had to wait 2 hours, lol. I was back to work after 4 days.

Mind you I’m not a pussy, lol.

Unfortunately I have a lot of experience with recovering from injuries and surgeries. Usually my first bit of advice is treat it like a job and get healed 100% to normal function before pushing. This time their is a new Bit of advice in the number one spot.
Whatever the fuck you do when it comes time for the salt water rinsing don't be a hero and use more salt than recommended.
Guess how I came up with that one.

All the best.

If you don't feel like you have been hit in the soul with a bazooka for about 5 days then you are ok with what you are doing so far, was my best over-reach ever, pretty sure it affected my great great grandparents DNA
