I have used pt141 and melanotan 2, both work on similar pathways.
For some people mt2 causes raging erections and high libido, it does 0 for me in that regard, just causes the tan.
So I guess it wasn't that much of a surprise when I tried pt141 and it fell flat at the recommended starting dose, and then double, and then finally at a really high dose it worked, raging hard ons at the slightest stimulation (physical or mental) for about 24hrs and great orgasms. However this came with a multi hour crippling stomach ache/nausea.
I tried a couple different brands, ended up needing the high dose of pt141 every time to get desired result, and had horrible stomach ache etc.
Im probably an outlier, but I do not like this pathway for libido. I prefer some oxytocin, and 10-20mg cialis.

The wife found it to be very potent at 1.5mg, and that was probably a bit much. Stomach distress, mostly in the form of heartburn. 1mg or .75 does her fine. For me, it was just added sensitivity at the .75 dose, which was nice, and no stomach issues.
Be wary of the wildly varying onset times. Some people claim 45min or so, in this case it was more like 3 hrs....What she did was start at .75, then 1.5 hrs later, another 7.5, in this case I think it all kicked in around the 3 hour mark and then she threw away the handcuff keys and I was not heard from for a day or two.
My source was GGC, and I've always had fine results with their products, so there was no issue there in terms of quality.

I have used MT-2 extensively for the tanning effects, which are phenomenal in my experience.
For bonus effects, I find that for the first 2-3 weeks while I use it, my libido is off the charts (the wife can't keep up), and the spontaneous raging erections give me a nostalgic feeling like I'm 18 again.
I didn't even know it was for tanning lmao

Originally it was developed for the tanning effect, the libido/arousal portions were discovered as secondary side effects.
Yeah, this is where people ran into trouble. They'd inject, run off to the beach, and then get arrested.
