Maybe I could digest it better now then? Its been many moons since I've used concentrate....so my comments can only be applicable to what it was back then.Modern concentrates don't seem to bother me in terms of gas or giving me the shits, but they just make me feel a bit dirty(?) and bloated. Idk what it is about it and it's weird because I can drink milk just fine so it's not the lactose.
Now back when they had stuff like twin labs? The farts and shits were vile.
Enjoy it while you can. The amount of people with colitis and other digestive issues has me leery about using low quality protein products. Low quality anything for that matter.I’ve ran it before but I have a bullet proof stomach I take 16 supplement pills at once and it doesn’t even bother me. I’m sure there is clearly a difference with high end protein just for me it doesn’t seem to be much of a factor.
Exactly why I cut it out, even the modern day ones. I could tell it was causing issues even if it was slight. Eventually it would be bound to cause major issues if ignored.Maybe I could digest it better now then? But lord-love-a-duck.....it was some terrible on the guts. I too, have no issues with lactose. It was the concentrate.
I remember sonebody telling me took take digestive enzymes before consuming it, I expect protease especially. Nope. That didnt help.
Only when I switched to a decent isolate did I no longer have issues. I ended up getting very sick back in 2014. I thought I might be dying. Legitimately dying it hot so bad. Doc couldnt figure it out.
It took forever and tons of food tracking to finally figure out I was overconsuming protein and my body was essentially rejecting it.
I cut protein supplementation then and hadn't used it for years.....
More recently I've been using hydrolyzed protein powder though, it's been excellent to date.
I don’t believe this one to be low quality in fact the price is nearly double everywhere else. Maybe it’s not premium but far from low end.Enjoy it while you can. I do not. My wife thinks it's a waste of money and counter space.Do you have a ninja creami?
1 cup greek yogurt, 1 scope vanilla whey, 1 teaspoon vanilla... 1/2 cup blueberries.. then freeze and cream.. you can substiture 1 teaspoon cinammon for the blueberries
Oh yeah, I add blueberries too. I wake up every morning excited for that first delicious meal.Dude we are eating the same snack. I fo that with some berries in it. Dessert level good![]()

I used to use a lot of powders before. Than I got tired of having digestion issues and swapped to real food. My digestion greatly improved and noticed no difference in growth.I personally dont use powder anymore. Kind of why im selling the bag of Canadian Protein I have.
Im more on Keto/Carnivore now, so I try to get in real whole food.
Something like this is cheap and economical for those of us in the GTA area.
$55 for 10 lb of Lean ground Chicken is a great deal, tho I dont care if its lean or regular.
I also get around 12 lb of sirloin beef for around $80
Ground Beef I go to a butcher and buy it in bulk.
Once you find good places to shop stick with them. Plus our bodies dont need as much protien as bro science says.
i stopped the protein powders 2 months ago and added in 2 extra meals and a smoothie in the morning with all the good stuff in there,i put 4-6 raws eggs in there, and im happy i did, what a change its made, you get good deals on food man!!I personally dont use powder anymore. Kind of why im selling the bag of Canadian Protein I have.

Bless your heart bro. Ordered 30 lbs.You can order 10 lbs of protein right now from Costco for 100$ with delivery. Took 7 days from the time ordered to get to my house gonna order two more, especially with the protein prices lately and tariffs going up again might be time to load up.
