Private clinic blood work coming up. What should I ask for?

I have an appointment with my private clinic for blood work coming up. What should I ask for besides the usual? This is my big once a year follow up.
 
Based on your other thread maybe prolactin too but I don't know much about this one or if it can be significantly raised without nandrolones.
