powerlifting federation

I've got a question. Which federations in Canada, if any, are non-tested? Ive heard some have tested and untested divisions, some are tested, some are randomly tested...... Hard to find any specifics really. So if anyone here has first hand info that would be great. Thank you!

I have a friend who competes in the CPL. we are from Vancouver island. They have both tested and untested divisions, as well as juniors (under 24) and open divisions (25+)

I checked there website before and I thought they were strict testing only. thanks for letting know man i will look more into it
