Post pain after blood donation or phleboyomy

Bruising is nearly identical to how mine looked.. hows it feeling? Is the soreness/tightness relieving at all?
Yea it's not sore anymore mostly just the first night. Interesting how it bruised though all the way around the elbow I've never seen that before

When I donate blood they are pro's as I've never had a problem, and I donate multiple times a year
Now I remember one time when a nurse took a blood sample from me to run some baseline tests she pinned me in the same spot as a blood donation but the pain was shocking, the angle of needle insertion felt all wrong compared to when I donate, and my arm hurt after for a while and had a bruise.
I'd say this definitely comes down to the experience of the person on the other end of the needle.

Oh man, is that recent? It's still bruised that bad? You got it worse than me!
No it's cleared up now it's just a picture of it at it's worst I think like a week or so ago. All the yellow finished clearing 3 days.
