I’ve ordered from them many times before without any issues. Recently placed an order worth around $400 and was given a tracking number, but Canada Post never actually received the package. I’ve emailed them about it and have yet to hear back it’s been a few days. Assuming I have been burned. Pretty disappointing experience as a returning customer. Take that as you will.

my tracking from PG just updated 4 days after he sent the number. give it a little longer. canada post issue likely not PG.
