Contact them again. If there's an issue they are usually very interested in making it right.
Well I had the same experience with their PanPharm test E amps. I ran 500mg a wk and after 10wks. No strength increase, no water retention, no increase in sex drive. Fortunately being over 50 I asked my doc if he'd prescribed trt. He did, and you can definitely tell the difference. I'm not here to bad mouth PGA and I don't want anything. Just my experience...
Sad to say, I’m dealing with same with the PT t-400. I’ve been in the game long enough to know what my muscle fullness looks like off vs on. This last month - with no change in training or health, I flattened completely out. I switched to the bayer test Amps and have had everything come back online so to speak, I’ve reached out about things as well. No word yet, only been a few days. So we’ll see. They’ve been great up til this point. Starting to wonder, however. I don’t post this type of stuff lightly. It’s anecdotal evidence with me, but I would hope most here would know I’m not the type to make inflammatory posts without reason. Ugh
I don’t think they’re a bad company, Quite the opposite. Perhaps a bad batch made it through? We’ll see. I know the current climate is rocky.

Just want to say PG replied to me, and sending me replacements and are going above and beyond with it, free of charge. What an absolute awesome business to deal with. Customer service is amazing over there.

I was going to forget about the issue and the email I sent but after hearing all the positive experiences everyone has had with them in terms of customer service, I sent out a follow up email. Hope to hear back from them.

I have not ordered from them before. I am planning to place an order for T3, but I am unsure how long they typically take to respond and ship orders, and I need it by next week.
In my experiences dealing with them you will be good to go by next week.

From my experience with Pg they usually ship the day after you order and it takes 2 or 3 days to arrive. You should b good
I had the same experience with T400 and even did bloodwork and my test was non existent. There is some bad batches of test from PharmaTech this year apparently but PG made it right. Put it this way I qualified for TRT after doing a 1ml shot of T400 on Saturday May 16th and blood pulls on Thursday May 21st. There was no test in the shot my level was 4.8 with a reference range of 8.4-28.8. I used PharmaTech for years and had great results but PG was amazing at making it right.
Oh no I know they're very good. My two friends have been shopping with pganabolics for a few years and they are both very selective and they love all their products and customer service. They have such a good reputation that's why I was surprised to see a few negative reviews. But it looks like they just a few bad batches and have fixed it and made it right to the people that got the bad batches so good for them.
I knew something was up when my muscle fullness at rest was gone. I was never a heavy user of AAS but I was on and off cycle most of my 20s. At 33 I didn’t use anything again for 3 years, and was focused on training that wasn’t heavy weight training, more focused on functional strength, cardio (lots of running) and grappling, to which I found gym strength was no real help. Anyway, I looked like a naturally fit kind of guy, because - well, I was. I decided on using TRT at 36 when my sex drive was low, and I had gotten sufficiently better on the mats, and wanted to try and get a few more strength training goals under my belt before age started to make that less likely. Being on TRT gave my muscle that “on” look. Even when not training, it just looked fuller, better. When trained the pump came on faster, lasted longer. Over the last 6 weeks I started looking as I did in my early 30s when I came off for those years. It was more noticeable to me then others, but I was starting to get suspicious when I couldn’t get a good pump, and my time away from training, the fullness and volume to my physique was gone.
I figured that even if the T400 was “off” it wouldn’t be so underdosed that I would be essentially getting nothing from it, but it felt that way. It felt like I was just off completely. Anyway, it was the only negative experience I’ve had with PG, and it wasn’t even negative because they believed me right away and sent a nice replacement lot. By the time I burn through my stockpile, lord knows what life will be looking like by then, but I’ll be pushing close to 50 then, and will head to my Doctor, assuming I have one by then, and get a prescription. At some point I’d like to get the gel. Anyway, PG is legit, and good people. This world is what it is, sometimes blips and dips occur.
