Thats my thought as well. Less about well being of citizens and likely driven by new legislation in America legalizing some products. May be a sign Canada is looking to do something similar and wants to squash ugl market.Sounds to me like someone's cornering the market in a sense. Maybe some inside traders, lobbyists and other people with government control arr planning on investing now that usa is looking into approving a lot more of them
