Permanent injunction against Quebec-based online retailer Canlab Research

I wonder if this is the future of things to come...this is generally how it starts.

Not hard to find the owner of a website - easy for banks to identify the owner of an email for etransfers.

I was hoping that the US acceptance of peptides would slow Health Canada's advance on this front - or give them pause...

I feel like Health Canada is completely missing the boat on this one.

Sounds to me like someone's cornering the market in a sense. Maybe some inside traders, lobbyists and other people with government control arr planning on investing now that usa is looking into approving a lot more of them

They cant have millions of canadians paying low prices from ugl places when patented products make so much:
the United States, the official monthly list price for brand-name Ozempic is roughly $1,027, while brand-name tirzepatide (Mounjaro and Zepbound) ranges from $1,060 to $1,086. In contrast, out-of-pocket costs in Canada are significantly lower, with brand-name Ozempic averaging $200 to $400 CAD and tirzepatide averaging $300 to $550 CAD per month.Actual monthly costs vary drastically based on insurance and specific manufacturer savings initiatives:

Thats my thought as well. Less about well being of citizens and likely driven by new legislation in America legalizing some products. May be a sign Canada is looking to do something similar and wants to squash ugl market.
