Peptides

Anyone have experience with the wolverine stack BPC-157 and TB-500? I have had knee problems for many years and I'm hoping it will help.

I’ve used BPC-157 and TB-500 from on and off for several years, typically in short 4–6 week runs. Earlier on, I’d use them about every six months when my knees started getting sore.

Over time it became clear the recurring issues were more related to how I was training than anything else. Once I adjusted my exercise selection and loading, the knee pain largely resolved, and the need for peptides dropped off.

In hindsight, the feedback my body was giving me was super useful. Addressing the cause made more sense than relying on short-term fixes.

Look into the synergy behind the klow blend. I've used both and will be experimenting with the klow next time.
Also, be sure your basics are all covered, as in the low hanging fruit of nutrition, sleep and recovery. They work but without the basics they will likely be underwhelming

I have been cycling it on and off with my shoulder, so I do 1 mg each every day for 20 days, then take a couple weeks off, then back on.
I notice a bit of a difference with my shoulder when taking it.

Shoulder is still fucked. Can’t get rid of the impingement so it can’t heal.

I've used it a few times and often keep it on hand in case of an injury. Its great for injuries but not always the ultimate cure, its possible you could still need surgery, lifestyle change or some sort of physical rehab.

First thing I notice are improvements in my stomach/gut biome before anything else and then after about 3 days if I have any muscle injury it clears up. There are studies on it where they cut the Achilles tendon of rats and it fuses back together entirely with BPC157/TB500.
