What do you consider a dexa, I think of a bone scan for density and how does that relate to height/weight and BF? Are you stating due to larger bone structure you can easily put on muscle mass? Keep in mind - people don't always read a message as written. I am curious and not stating you are incorrect. There is nothing wrong with your first thread and it has started a good discussion - we don't all have to agree, sometimes disagreements foster growth and knowledge.
I would rather someone who has come up with their best PCT program answer that question. I am on TRT hence I do not ever PCT. There are so many different options but I would always include HCG and one the SERMS. Some of the guys who blast heavy take large amounts for a few weeks before they start their SERM(s) - again multiple options. Look up the Skally PCT program as it has been used a lot albeit I have not used it. It explains the large amounts of HCG people take and I know people who take more coming off.
Regardless, if for fertility - do yourself a favor and look up HMG and see if any labs can procure it for you.
As a side note many moons ago when I was on TRT and stopping for fertility reasons - I went cold turkey and my sperm count came back to normal in a month if I recall correct. I did not have access to a lot of the medications we are talking about at the time and the doctors helping me were too fucking stupid to suggest HMG, HCG, clomid, etc. They diagnosed me with azoospermia and said I would never have sperm again. Dumb fucks - I read some of my medical books and stopped TRT immediately. Pretty sad that a GP and urologist didn't know that TRT can shut down your sperm production. They were more educated in women's fertility - by the time I read enough to know what I needed, I did another sperm count/motility test and I was back to normal. My testosterone bounced back quickly but again keep in mind my comment about many moons ago and I was much younger. If I was to do it now, no question I would take every advantage available to me.
Don't guess - get a sperm test done after you complete your PCT. If it is low give it more time or do another PCT. Don't give up - I'm speaking from experience and the fact that I will always listen to doctors but they do not know everything and some are very uneducated in some areas.
When it comes to hormones and fertility - there are guys on these boards that know more than the average GP.
Best of luck
