Any other members here have those days were you just want to destroy your body.

I hit legs morn/aft/evening yesterday somewhere around 60-65 sets 70% quads and 30% calves based through out the day.

This morning I did 45mins on the treadclimber and omg, I have no words. I have discovered a new kind of burning pain. Lmao it was beyond a pump they hurt.
Shortly followed I was back in my dungeon for another 24 sets of hamstring and calves lol tonight I'm going back for more. Tomorrow is a rest day.

this morning after cardio I said no way never again.
My wife was laughing at me trying to make it through cardio, I think I was almost laugh crying at one point but damnit I hit my 45min target.
After going upstairs this morning and seeing my legs after cardio it was 100% worth it
Next week I'm doing it again!
