Is there anything else I can do to relieve arthritis pain I already had a THR . Joints are aching and I'm already on arthotec 2xdaily as well as tylenol .

No my replaced hip is fine it's my other hip and my knee they both need replacment it's a ongoing dull ache and then the sudden jolt of shooting pain at times

Have you tried Monovisc or Synvisc injections? That made the biggest difference for me.

I can relate. I found a combo of Durolane and cortisone helped a wee bit. Not at the same time, but I would stagger the two. Eventually you won't be able to do anything until you get them replaced.
Are you monitoring your kidneys while you are on the diclofenac?

No I'm not he never bothered running those tests for me

NSAID's are brutal on the kidneys. It depends on duration of use and obviously the dose, but diclofenac is one of the worst for your kidneys. If you have been on them for any length of time get your kidney function tested.

Well he wont give me tests I even asked Friday if he would check my test levels and he said it wasnt nessary because once I'm on trt I'm on it for life. I need those levels too for what I'm running for gear too.

He shouldn't deny you a basic blood panel if you are on NSAID's. That would be irresponsible. How is your BP?

My BP is good . What I was told by my doctor was unnecessary tests cost the provience millions a year.

They do, but knowing if NSAID's are wrecking your kidneys is rather important. Next time you see your Doc discuss it with him.

Finding a decent source for that where I am is pretty hard

I am a big fan and user of CBD but in my experience it does little for significant pain. I have tried everything from 25 mg up to 75 mg per day (which gets expensive). It’s great for anxiety, stress, and keeping minor inflammation under control.

For something as severe as arthritis I would suggest you would need a 1:1 THC:CBD oil product, which will be available legally (not medicinal) on Oct 17th across Canada. Most provinces will have an online store.
