155.8 lbs fasted this morning again. Blood pressure was at 116/61/64 and fasted blood glucose at 4.8.
Food got slightly increased.
Training day macros are now 3438 cals 209 protein, 563 carbs, 43 fats
Off day macros are now 3121 cals 207 protein, 464 carbs, 50 fats.

Well that's definitely a food PR for me lol. Never have I ate this much food at this body composition as well.
We're probably going to keep my current training split that focuses on back development for another +-8 weeks and then switch it up. My recovery is going very well. I'm experimenting with the KLOW peptide blend at 10 units a day mostly to help recovery and help my acne breakout. The KLOW definitely has a little sting but people really exaggerate it lol.

No changes to my cycle and cardio. Let's go!
By recovery do you mean just your muscles or do you mean small injuries and strains? A lot of people don't really understand how injuries work. If you hurt your elbows or knees and it isn't actual bone damage (if you think it is get an X-ray immediately), and that injury heals, then hurts again. You are actually just reinjuring it, it's not a nagging injury. Properly stretching out every ligament connected to the area, massaging tight muscles to become softer and not pull while not doing everything, more negatives and better awareness of healthy positioning is what you need to do. You can use peptides to just keep rehealing injured areas but then that's likely to cause scar tissue and other issues. Also don't take collagen while you're tendons are sore or injured as that will promote scar tissue too and that stuff takes like six months to make elastic again from my experience.

Thanks for your input. I don't have any chronic ''big'' injuries so the KLOW is mostly helping just reduce my muscle soreness. It's probably helping with just your typical inflammation caused my training hard and eating a lot of food.

That seems like a lot for some muscle soreness. What about some tumeric and a Epson magnesium salt bath in it's steed? Have you noticed anything with skin elasticity or anything else with copper peptide btw? That stuff is interesting to me. I wonder why it didn't make it to market or if it's just not available here.

I've tried tumeric before and didn't get anything from it. I love epsom salt baths though and I try to take one when I have the time lol. I didn't notice anything with my skin elasticity personally. I was gifted some KLOW and I don't see any downsides to running it. I won't just leave it hang around in my freezer so if it can help me with my recovery I'm all here for it.

There are studies showing tb500 causes cancer.

Hey @Devson - please post the paper/study as all my reading is the 'chicken or the egg' and they don't know. The claim is with people who have cancer, the TB500 in your body is usually higher than it should be. The opposite opinion states it is a reaction to cancer cells, but did not cause it, I have read scientists who indicate it may be a bodies reaction to remedy the situation. In other words, they don't know.
I'm not arguing withing you as I would love to read the studies to see if they are double blind. They would have to be on animals over a very extended period, because no one volunteers, who does not have cancer, to take part in a 'does this cause cancer' peptide.
I have read the same as you said and the exact opposite by the same people - in other words, caution is wise but they do not know.

I don't have a lot of time to look deeper for more studies but what I found was just a few studies, showing it promoting cancer and also decreasing some cancers. For some reason the medical community is still more focused on its parent compound TB 4 and creating prescriptions with that, often for cardiac damage. I mean if the data is inconclusive of its risks and pharmaceutical companies aren't pursuing it then I wouldn't take it just because they haven't done any large scale studies on it yet. That doesn't make it safe in the slightest. If you absolutely needed it for some type of injury and you have been to physiotherapists and doctors then that seems like a good reason.

If you run across one of the papers showing it promoted cancer other than an assumption please post it. It may, but all literature as I stated indicated with some cancers TB500 was higher but 'they' being the experts - did not know if it was a reaction to cancer or involved in the process of cell replications. Agreed, the info I found was not a large scale study and doubt there will be one until it can be marketed. BPC157 is all the rage now, on social media, forums, some doctors know about it or some do, but can not prescribe it. I have seen little compounding pharmacies making it and scripts written shown on this forum but the general GP doesn't know about it as it isn't in their medical books and no pharmacy reps are coming to visit them giving them free samples. I am still surprised a GP would jeopardize their medical license a product that is not approved for human consumption by any pharmaceutical company, but that does not make it bad either. The docs I know take it and say it is the most benign peptide on the market.
Appreciate your opinion. I am not saying it is safe - I want to read the papers/studies showing it is not to see the weight these carry or if they are just an opinion which is most of what I read.

I have seen a few internet comments claiming this, the cancer I mean, but nothing concrete like studies. It does make sense that the cell regeneration or repair would spur on cancer cells but likely only if they are already existing.

This was always a concern with HGH when it first started showing up but don’t think it’s as much of a concern as first thought.

But still don’t think its use would be wise if ther3 is cancer present in the body.

I would rather people argue me because I am not a researcher with a PhD or doing research specifically on this area whether it's the peptide or cancer and I feel like if you went to one person they would need to have a PhD in both of these areas to get a good answer. At least that is my experience with people I've dated who are researchers or who are currently obtaining multiple PhDs. So, happy to talk about it more and learn myself!

I found this study, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21621326/

It seems like a lot of the concern is related to how it increases things that cancer needs to grow and spread. So maybe it's a little more like HGH, where as it doesn't cause cancer but it sets up a good environment for it or will help existing cancer cells spread.

I have noted your preference to argue vs. conversation and discussion. Usually arguments are not as productive and end in people pushing it too far with repercussions, but if that is you wish, so be it.

Papers Josh.. what about the papers 😅

Anyone guess what movie this is from ? Lol

By argue I meant just debate lol. Honestly though I'd rather someone try to argue me than just to accept something. I am pretty well known in person to be the one guy who doesn't actually argue in a way where I am getting emotional and lash out. To give a better idea of my intent behind my messages, I've been told by numerous physicians and academics that I would make a very very good psychologist counselor. I don't know how else to quickly describe how much compassion and empathy I have for people and how much I value emotional intelligence. I probably could do better to articulate myself more cleanly online but that isn't going to happen.

You wouldn't be the first to think I like to argue from online talks so it's not just you. I definitely lack some social awareness in this world.

Well my log has once again gotten off the rails lol
Imma take it off one step further but for a good purpose. I want to thank you for sticking around so long. Mostly ladies that come here either move on or maybe just don't post much. I think you, your log and other posts add some important value to the forum, thank you for your service ;)

Definitely agree with this 👌

Is it with Jonah Hill? 🤔
