Non-Stim Preworkouts

I've always been the type of guy to love high caffeine preworkouts, but lately I've been actively reducing the amount of stimulants I take in a day.

My all time favorite was back when they made Jekyl and Hyde preworkouts and had to sell them separately due to the massive caffeine content when combined.

That being said, I'm looking for some recommendations on your favorite non-stim preworkouts for when you're forced to squeeze in a late workout, but you want to be able to sleep within the next few hours.

I can't do stimulants much anymore without messing with my sleep or general agitation.

I will however need motivation or a boost in the evening since I'm primarily a very early workout guy. If I need that, then (I'm not joking about this) I'll look at some instagram accounts of women bodybuilders, especially if they're doing leg days and I compare some of thier legs to mine.....and by the time I've said "holy fucking shit" three times, I'm heading downstairs with a gallon jug of the periworkout concoction. Never fails. .:ROFLMAO:

*Edit: In case that is misinterpreted in some way, I find female bodybuilders to be insanely inspiring.
 
Been using Nutricost Pre-SF. No caffeine but I still only use half a scoop as it gets me feeling almost like im hyper ventilating. I get it from Iherb but pretty sur available on amazon as well.
 
just ordered some batch 27 pump version. Should be here this week. That brand and preworkout has been quite popular so decided to try it. Plus it’s Canadian.
Either that or HD pump I hear is good too.

I just buy ingredients online. If I need caffeine, I throw a pill into the mix. Lets me make sure I’m getting the amounts of each I like, and allows me to decide wether I want some stimulants.

That's a good idea and I have thought about that, however I like simplicity of being able to throw one container in my gym bag on the go.
 
Low dose ED drugs are both proven to be heart healthy and don't just make blood flow to your ' member ' easier. It also flows to your muscles, essentially increasing your nitric oxide which dilated blood vessels. Want to boost your ED medication, take a decent dose of arginine. Others use different supplements instead of L-arginine but I prefer arginine. L-citrulline and L-A both do the same as ED drugs with nitric oxide and dilation.

I am not a big fan of stims either other than coffee.
Low dose daily cialis builds up in the body over time and has been proven to provide prostate benefits, vascularity, and potential heart and neurological health benefits.

That's a really good point and practical knowledge for anyone using gear. I already include 5mg ED for blood pressure control, it dropped my blood pressure from 120/80 to a consistent 110/70 and I feel great.

I have also noticed my overall pumps and vascularity have a constant boost as well.

For anyone not including Cialis as a part of their health regiment, I can't recommended it highly enough.
