If my wife didn't spend so much time in Mexico I would consider it. It would be fascinating and I'm old anyway.
 
It would be interesting to say the least. It would be easy to get off the case though. Just say something along the lines that all drugs should be legal regardless of type, or that you think all Mexicans are criminals, or that you watched El Chapo on TV and kind of wished you could live that lifestyle. Anything like that or any combination of the above three you could think of should get you excused by one side or the other fairly quickly.
